Useful Resources

There are several documents you will need during the loan approval process.

After speaking with your Loan Officer, you will need to provide the following information:

  1. Income history 
  2. Property history 
  3. Your financial goals

You may also need to supply additional information during the loan approval process. Please review the following list to see if any of this information applies to your specific situation:

    If you receive Social Security income, we will need your award letter and 1099 form.

    If you receive alimony and/or child support and wish to use the income, we will need the divorce decree and six months proof of receipt (canceled checks, bank statements or court printout).

    If you receive income from the rental of other real estate you own, we will need signed leases and tax returns for the past two years along with your Schedule E form.
