Loan Officer

The working hours for this position vary based on each branch’s operating schedule and may include evenings and/or Saturday hours.

Our Loan Officers have the following responsibilities:

  • Act as the exclusive customer point of contact
  • Collect and analyze information regarding the customer’s income, assets, investments or debts
  • Compare and evaluate possible financial products and solutions and decide which to recommend to customers to best meet their needs and financial circumstances
  • Negotiate the terms of the transaction with the customer, including rate, cost, and structure of the transaction
  • Explain and clarify conditions of obtaining financing to the customer
  • Ensure that all transactions are conducted with the utmost integrity and in accordance with federally mandated standards
  • Develop sources of business through referrals, customer retention, individual marketing efforts, etc.

What we ask for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in finance, business or marketing
  • 1 + year of sales experience
  • Excellent communication skills
