Administrative Assistant
The working hours for the full-time position are approximately 8:00am-5:00pm Monday – Friday based on each branch’s operating schedule. We offer competitive wages and benefits for all full-time employees. There are Part-Time Administrative Assistant opportunities as well that may require evening and weekend hours.
Our Administrative Assistants have the following responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and greet every customer
- Perform administration, reporting and processing duties
- Act as the initial contact for potential customers
- General office duties
- Assist Branch Managers as needed
What we ask for:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent with 2+ years of related experience or an Associate’s Degree with no experience necessary
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite programs
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Must have a pleasant and professional demeanor at all times
