Administrative Assistant

The working hours for the full-time position are approximately 8:00am-5:00pm Monday – Friday based on each branch’s operating schedule. We offer competitive wages and benefits for all full-time employees. There are Part-Time Administrative Assistant opportunities as well that may require evening and weekend hours.

Our Administrative Assistants have the following responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and greet every customer
  • Perform administration, reporting and processing duties
  • Act as the initial contact for potential customers
  • General office duties
  • Assist Branch Managers as needed 

What we ask for:

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent with 2+ years of related experience or an Associate’s Degree with no experience necessary
  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite programs
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have a pleasant and professional demeanor at all times
