Mortgage Company Continues To Grow In Challenging Economy

(Boston, Massachusetts - November 2, 2009) American Equity Mortgage (AEM) has announced the opening of a new branch office, located in the Burlington area.

The Boston office marks the sixth new branch for the company within the past year, including those in the Chicago, Denver, Salt Lake City, Raleigh and Kansas City markets.

The company has grown its operations at a time when many companies in the mortgage and banking industry are shrinking or folding. In 2009, AEM will help 10,000 customers and has nearly doubled its operations staff to 100 employees. The company believes that the new Boston office will bring twelve new jobs to the market.
