Mortgage Company Continues To Grow In Challenging Economy

(Kansas City, Missouri - October 12, 2009) American Equity Mortgage (AEM) has announced the opening of a new branch office, located in the Kansas City area.

The company has grown its operations at a time when many companies in the mortgage and banking industry are shrinking or folding. In 2009, AEM will help 10,000 customers and has nearly doubled its operations staff to 100 employees.

The Kansas City office marks the fifth new branch for the company within the past year, including those in Chicago, Denver, Salt Lake City and Raleigh.
