AEM Supports Ronald McDonald House at Golf Tournament

Three members from American Equity Mortgage played at the 25th Annual Ronald McDonald House Charities of St. Louis Golf Tournament at Forest Hills Country Club on June 6.

The golfers enjoyed lunch, refreshments on the course, a cocktail hour and dinner after the tournament. The evening preceding the tournament included silent and live auctions and dinner at the Forest Hills Clubhouse Ballroom. The tournament and auctions raised over $560,000 for the St. Louis houses.

The three houses in St. Louis provide the parents and family members of children staying in area hospitals a "home?away?fromhome. "Families pay as little as $5 per night at the house; however, no family is turned away because they cannot pay.

"I loved the event. The golfing was great, very well organized, and for a great cause!" said Susan Young, Loan Processor.
